False Advertising the Accessories

If you call they will request you return and order again - the new pair you order will also not come with the tips. There is no resolution. Apparently refurbished means that they are allowed to advertise the product coming with whatever they like whether that’s true or not. Supervisors are always dealing with exceptionally high call volume and do not expect a call back. Poor customer service and false advertising.
