I was unaware they were refurbished until after about 30 days I was not able to return nor would they replace

I lost mines within a month of purchasing. Would be nice if it came with a lanyard like Raycons do. I hood I win the $400 for doing this review so I can purchase some new ones. Next time I will buy a case too.

I have my own and I use them all the time. Great as well to give as a birthday gift to your mom.

I bought these refurbished airpods to give as a bday gift to my son. Purchased in May for a July bday. Being as they are certified refurbished, I did not think to unwrap the packaging and inspect them before giving the gift. Turns out they are missing the Medium size silicone pieces for the ears. Medium is the most common size and is the size we need. I called support for help and they told me there is nothing they can do because it is more than 30 days. Frankly, that's BS. I bought a product that is supposed to be in "like new" condition and it's missing components. Regardless of when they were purchased they should be offering a solution for selling incomplete products and claiming they are refurbished. Will never trust refurbished from BB again. The 1 star is for BB service and not the Airpods. The airpods work great, they are just missing the Medium silicone ear pieces.

if I could put zero stars, I would there is no review because I did not get my package. I filed a claim with my local post office along with Best Buy. My local post office said that they did not receive the package although it was set to I’ve been delivered to my house, contacted Best Buy and I was told that I would be receiving a replacement sent out to me then about a week and a half later I received the email saying that Best Buy did their “own investigation” and they would not be providing me with a refund or product. The whole situation was stressful and unprofessional, because I was told by two different people that I would receive a replacement. I did not get the replacement then I was told that I would receive a refund then got an email stating that I would not be receiving a refund, and every time I attempted to speak to someone higher up I was told that I could not do that for what reason I wasn’t given a specific reason, but I never got to speak to anyone higher up horrible horrible experience do not order because you probably won’t get your package and Best Buy will be of no help to assist.
