Dont work

They come "packaged" in a flimsy plastic baggy. With every thrown in there. They arrived so scrathed and clearly very used. Im so disappointed. One of the two sets wont connect to my phone and has a loud screech sound every time i open the case.

Flimsy case lid
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have the original AirPods and the case is super firm not moving a millimeter but this case for some reason is very flimsy and I can definitely move the lid left and right with little to no effort. I also had fake AirPods Pro gen 1 a few years ago and even they felt exactly the same so I’m not sure if the whole package is authentic or the case itself was replaced with a fake one from the previous owner.

This was refurbished and filthy! Disgusted!!

Shame on Best Buy for not even cleaning out the ear pieces and charging case. The ear inserts had EAR WAX in them and my son was totally grossed out. When i got it, i checked it and had to clean out the charging case because it had ear wax in it and had dirt built up. I didn’t think the rubber ear inserts would be caked with ear wax. I was completely embarrassed and sickened to see it, then hearing that from my son. I should have taken pictures, but I never did. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

After just 3 weeks the case would not charge anymore and won’t connect anymore and the price to repair them is almost the same price as a brand new pair.
