The quality of these AirPods are amazing! Apple really did great with these! Definitely recommend

AirPods were dirty with what looked like ear wax. I understand that they are refurbished but at the very least I would expect them to be cleaned.

I purchased the refurbished AirPods Pro 2 and unfortunately lost them because they were still linked to another person’s iCloud, so I could not track them using find my device.

negative on best buys behalf, the refurbished item was delivered in a dirty earpod box taped with medical tape -I did not even open - it was disgusting

Recieved the headphones in an apple box but they were missing the earbuds and the charger they sent was broken with wires showing.

The refurbished AirPods were still connected to someone else’s Apple ID. They worked fine but I didn’t like the idea of someone being able to track me, remotely disable, or set off the lost device alarm in the middle of the night. How is checking for this not part of the Geek Squad certification? What other common sense inspections are not part of the refurbished certification?

The right airpod stopped working, and it will not charge past 2%

Did not come with any rubber tips, despite the description stating it comes with all four sizes.

I bought them refurbished but they were still connected to the old owners apple account so I am unable to connect them to my own. When I called for help I was told "Sorry that happens"

Had this for almost 3 months I had problems with like echo sounds .like the background of the sounds was static.on the left side .but manage to keep them until my case was stolen .so I call apple and apple tell me that this headphone are not under warranty cause they are 2 years old but I just got them 3 months ago .I bought them through bestbuy .and Best Buy can help me to replace the case either .

Second pair I've ordered. The first were missing the standard size earpieces. This pair was also missing the standard size earpieces. Unusable without them. Customer service is no help, other than telling me exchange them. Seems like I'll just take a bunch of time, hassle, and waiting, to probably get another set with the same issue. Very disappointing. I will return and shop elsewhere going forward.

Work great but when I tried to register them to my apple id they were already paired with one so I can't use the find feature or other features. Not to mention someone could use find my and have my location.

Another lost package seeing my first package was delivered to the wrong address by Fed Ex and never recovered Best Buy was kind enough to replace the play station 5 I purchased for my son and I can only hope Best Buy will replace these air pods as well seeing they haven't showed up yet from Fed Ex. So can't rate the package.

Can’t sync with my Apple ID since the previous owner didn’t unsync their account from their AirPods so I can’t use FindMy devices for the AirPods and the previous owner has access to the AirPods location which is a bad security liability

I bought two refurbished ones. Completely dissapointing. The M size earpud was missing for both airpods. Also they were not working properly. The airpods were registered by previous user and it was not possible to register it to your own apple id. In addition some features were disabled. At the end, i returned both airpods and got the new ones.

I had these Airpods for about 6 hours. After charging, I connected it to my iphone but it couldn't finalize the pairing, because one (it didn't say whether it was the case or the Airpods) were still linked to another users cloud. And that user could see the location of their item. I returned everything immediately to the nearest Best Buy.

Product is great - but dont buy a supposedly fully refurbished and certified device here at BB. Go to Apple! Overall very poor customer experience. Items were delivered incomplete with missing ear-tips. You cannot get a live person on the phone, only an online chat is available. No solution was offered, except going to a store. Zero customer friendly serviec

They keep desyncing from my phone and i keep getting alerts about being tracked. It feels like i have stolen airpods, not happy. Ill be going back to best buy with these.

I knew the product was refurbished but it also said geek squad certified so I figured it was legit. The left pod was DOA. Did all the troubleshooting recommended even called Apple. Ended up returning. The sales associate didn’t even seem surprised when I said the left pod does not work.

Called and left messages with geek squad with no return and couldnt get a call back until after the return or exchange had already passed. Never trusting this company again. Was told i could buy a different pair or send mine in to apple for 90$ an airpod
