Extremely Disappointed

This tells me they just took the return amd resold it without really inspecting anything. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything “refurbished” from Best Buy. Very shady. Thanks for wasting my time, Best Buy.

Best buy Refurb Q and A is non-existent

Airpods came already attached to someone elses apple id and coukdnt be setup on my Find my network if devices. Best Buy needs to do better at quality assurance on thier refurb program.

It’s extremely likely they’ll still be registered to the previous owners Apple ID, and neither Apple or Best Buy will do anything about it. This means, when you misplace an earbud a month after purchase, you will be unable to locate or “play sound” on the earbud.

Fake AirPods!!

I got my refund, the Best Buy personal was very comprehensive, but I’m very disappointed.
