When i first saw the price on the originals i thought they were gonna be all beat up and not taken care of but no. Excellent. The product was perfect, I've been using it for a month now and it's like brand new. The delivery was pretty quick. Everything as was expected. And the AirPods are truly impressive, I don't want to use my old headphones anymore. Really really good, it worths every dollar.

High quality refurbished product. I was told that Best Buy doesn't repair Apple products, so these will always be returns that buyers didn't want, not anything defective. Mine were missing the medium sized earbuds, which I bought from Apple for $8 with free shipping. The volume controls weren't working at first but within a few hours it resolved itself. The noise cancelling isn't as great for a shared office as I imagined it would be—I can still hear other people talking in the same room—but it greatly lowers the volume of things that it can't cancel completely, and I focus much better. I use for hours a day and have never come anywhere close to a low battery.

These AirPods Pro (2nd generation) are user friendly! They are easy to use and connect, and they sound amazing. The different noise canceling levels are great for being able to use them anywhere!

I love the noise cancellation, and the battery lasts so much longer than my pair of 1st gen AirPods. Great!

They’re pretty good for some refurbished headphones, I’ve had some issues with them not playing music even though I’ve tried everything I can think of. They also don’t come with a medium size ear piece so that kind of sucks. Everything else is pretty solid so pretty happy !

These are amazing!!! It’s like I am right there listening to the speaker or band or book. The only drawback is the refurbished condition, mine are still connected to someone else’s email so I am told constantly on my phone that the owner can track them. I’m the new owner….creepy!!!

I love them! included almost everything originally included in the box. it was missing ear tips, which can be frustrating for some. besides that, they have held up amazing and had no i initial damage!

Only problem was no instructions on how to know when the case is fully charged and how to turn them on. Once I got through that, the sound quality is very good, and they don't seem to fall out of my ears.

Great and works just as desired. Only drawback is the previous owner did not remove them from their Apple ID so I keep on getting notifications on their owner seeing where they are.

I feel like there are sometime some connective issues, but it’s not that bad tbh. Everything was nice a few scratches on the case since it was refurbished but overall I think it is okay.

This is coming from a former sound engineer, these have AMAZING noise cancelling, the customization that can be done, in combination with an iPhone is incredible, there is a reason that these cost as much as they do, because they are worth it!
