I bought them as a gift and I was hoping to save a few dollars by ordering them refurbished. They came in great condition. They did come out of the box but I think it was worth it considering I got a good discount on them.

I love them easy and simple. The noise cancellation is one of the great features of these AirPods. I will surely buy another pair when that time comes, but I am completely happy with my purchase.

Work just as good as new and the sound quality is amazing! My sister had bought new ones so I tried hers and then when I got my refurbished ones they were the exact same! Everything on it works.

I have never minded buying refurbished items form Best Buy. The headphones were clean, came with a box, charger, and extra earpieces. Well worth saving $70.

Great product! I was a little hesitant to purchase at first. A friend of mine had mentioned that there was connection issues with this generation of AirPods. However, I haven’t had an issue yet! One tiny piece of feedback I would give is that the noise cancelling feature doesn’t cancel all noise. I can still hear noise when I am in that mode. Other than that, would recommend!

This Airpod Pro 2 has better noise calcellation than the previous generation. Very impressive!

Sometimes you get air-pods and never know, but not this. This is different. Warm and snug in my ear. Like cocoa on Christmas. Changed my life and I became a better man because of it. Reached out to old friends, connected with a relative, even stopped on the side of the road and helped someone. With the $400 I get from this review I will buy another pair and give them to the ones in need.
