    This was my first time purchasing a refurbished product from Best Buy. I assumed that I would be receiving the 2nd generation AirPods in the condition as shown in the picture, however, they were missing the rubber pieces and I am assuming the part to put the rubber on. They looked as if they were the first generation AirPods. Again, this was my first time purchasing a refurbished item, so maybe they don't come with all the pieces. Overall, I love that Best Buy offers refurbished items and I would purchase again to see if I have a different experience.

    Shopping online is easy. The problem that I have is that my item is delayed. It’s been six days delayed. First time this happen. Hopefully it arrives soon.

    I understand that I purchased these refurbished, but I was under the impression that they had been previously inspected to ensure that they could perform at a reasonable level. When I get a notification, the headphones don't announce anything but my music just goes silent for a moment before restarting. I've also noticed that the music will start playing automatically while they're in the case, draining the battery. The left airpod is now muffled, and I haven’t even had these for 30 days and have barely used them. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the amount of money I paid to be sold these completely faulty AirPod Pros.
