I know it’s refurbished but I would expect them to at least be cleaned before they are sold. The AirPods themselves looked fine but if they didn’t bother to clean them then I don’t trust that they tested them for full functionality. I did not test them out for sound quality, I will be returning them immediately. I’m disappointed because I figured cleaning them would be the bare minimum.

Dont buy from Best Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not include all the headphone attachments as advertised, multiple people told me I could pick them up in store because it was their mistake. Best Buy told me they dont carry them even though I called the store to confirm before driving out there. Sold me a phone with the wrong data amount on it as well and said they would take care of it and never did avoid Best Buy if you want to spend money or get a product in return.

Weren’t Disconnected Properly

Damaged case and missing pieces
