Only a few scratches on the outside of the charging case everything else was in good shape. We are happy with our purchase.

They works like brand new, battery life is great. Only problem is they cant be added to find my iPhone. Not sure if we’re missing something or they are still registered to the previous owner. Wish we’d have tested this earlier, would have returned for a different refurbished pair or waited for prime day price of $169

But when I try and use the Find My app on my phone it was mismatched devices. But other than that truly just like brand new.
