These are just as good as brand new AirPods and just way cheaper!! But when I try and use the Find My app on my phone it was mismatched devices. But other than that truly just like brand new.

I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Case (USB‑C). While the item arrived on time and appeared to be in good physical condition with all parts included, the microphone performance was extremely poor. During calls, the other party could barely hear me, and my voice sounded muffled and underwater. While the sound quality for listening was acceptable, the microphone issue renders these AirPods Pro unusable for calls, which is a significant drawback, where i had to return it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing these refurbished AirPods Pro. If you intend to use AirPods for calls, I strongly suggest investing in a brand new pair. I've switched back to my Sony headphones, which offer superior sound quality and excellent dual-device support. The difference in microphone clarity is night and day."

This AirPods are fantastic! It seamlessly integrates with the Apple ecosystem. If you already own an Apple device and have an iCloud account, you should have access to everything you need and want on your devices.

Love the iPod pro. I bought a pair that the geek squad had refurbished. Came in the original packaging. Looked new. Work great. Love the noise cancelation. Love how you can adjust the volume on the iPod itself.

I get easily overwhelmed when my surrounding is too loud. Now i can easily play some calming music without outside noise. I love the noise cancelling and its easy to use. I bring it everywhere i go. I would recommend it to people everyone

Love these - couldn’t tell they refurbished and sound quality is awesome!! Weirdly find the old school ones more comfy but these def provide better sound - it’s amazing as is the sound deadening.

Description was not accurate, 2 versions of this product were offered, being the type of charger the only difference: lightning vs USB-C. I requested the USB-C version but ended up receiveing the lightning ones; when I went to the store to exchange them the USB-C version was not available for refurbished ones so I ended up having to buy new ones. The person who received my return was questioning me about the silicone ear tips that should come mounted on the ear buds (M size), I explained I didnt receive them, only the packet with small or large ones.
