A: These are used. Comes with case but no box. Additionally, if the previous owner did not unlink their Apple ID from the Airpods before returning to Best Buy, these are unable to be linked to a new Apple ID. Would not recommend these as a gift due those reasons.
A: Best buy doesn't give details on the refurbished and they don't check to ensure they are delinked from the previous customer. They are also denying my return, so STAY AWAY! No 1 year warranty, only a 90 day that I'm not sure apple even honors!
