My first Airpods. Great purchase. The sound is amazing. If you will use for calls or just playing music, this is a highly recommended product.

Ordered two pairs when the price dropped. I figured refurbished items would be cleaned and repackaged in good condition. One pair arrived used and dirty (earwax in the earpiece!). Customer service was terrible when we tried to exchange. I had to reach out multiple times. We ended up getting refunded but beware its a coin toss of what you will receive. However, we are happy with the clean pair. It paired easily and is working good so far. Both boxes were also worn with some extra stickers and did not come with original paperwork or packaging. You may not want to buy these as a gift.

Love these! I can do about anything including cutting the grass and can hear audio perfectly.

I'm with AirPods Pro since 2020, and this is a replacement for mine from last generation. Quality is excellent, and they improved connection and the battery life.

Love the way they fit and noise canceling!!! Works great for flying! You don’t hear anything but the sound of your movie or music that you are enjoying!

Love the iPod pro. I bought a pair that the geek squad had refurbished. Came in the original packaging. Looked new. Work great. Love the noise cancelation. Love how you can adjust the volume on the iPod itself.

My wife works from home and uses these daily for Teams meetings and to listen to music while working..or to just not here.me when i go.in her office to ask a question...so I know the noise cancelling works. Lol

I have had issues with geek squad refurbished purchases in the past so I avoided buying refurbished products from best buy. I needed a new set of airpods and these seemed like a good deal with the best buy certificates I had so I took a chance and got lucky as these are so far excellent.

I love it since my other one got ran over by a car but the audio keeps taking it away and sometimes it disconnects fully

Great quality for an open box item for people who enjoy the fancier boxes like apple it sucksthat it was broken but that it really! Cord was perfect and so was the case and each airpod no scrapes no buffs just a beaten box.

I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Apple AirPods Pro (2nd generation) with MagSafe Case (USB‑C). While the item arrived on time and appeared to be in good physical condition with all parts included, the microphone performance was extremely poor. During calls, the other party could barely hear me, and my voice sounded muffled and underwater. While the sound quality for listening was acceptable, the microphone issue renders these AirPods Pro unusable for calls, which is a significant drawback, where i had to return it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing these refurbished AirPods Pro. If you intend to use AirPods for calls, I strongly suggest investing in a brand new pair. I've switched back to my Sony headphones, which offer superior sound quality and excellent dual-device support. The difference in microphone clarity is night and day."
