I needed a new set of airpods and these seemed like a good deal with the best buy certificates I had so I took a chance and got lucky as these are so far excellent.

Wouldn’t have bought refurbished unless it’s from them! Never owned an expensive pair of earbuds before and it is a night and day difference.

Grateful Best Buy has this affordable option.

Way better than beats fit pro

Not only do these have the wireless charging, but theyre far more comfortable in my ears. The noise canceling is superior, adaptive is very nice too. Audio quality is great. Just wish that theyd work with MS Teams on PC, but my beats do not either.

They worked wonderfully and had everything in the box. I didn't realize that there was no warranty on them when they are refurbished. So unfortunately I took them back and bought a new pair when they were on sale. I would not recommend these if you want the two year warranty that Total Tech Members get.

They were in great condition, came with all original accesories (minus thr medium-sized eartips) and had a valid serial number. However, it seems like a lot of people in the reviews have had issues with product quality, missing accessories, and even receiving counterfeit products. I’m giving five stars based on my experience, but there seems to be a lot of inconsistency with these guys. YMMV
