    Box came looking pretty bad but everything insode was perfectly fine, looked brand newv the charger cable was there, the ear tips were there, sound cancelling worked, everything was good, there were no scratches on anything

    The product is good overall considering that it’s refurbished. Lately the connection drops and one of the EarPods goes “mute” and the sound resumes, but it gets annoying
