They messed up and couldn’t make it right.

When I received the headphones everything seemed great, only to find out that it was missing the medium size ear tips. Aka the size that I wear. Brought it up to Best Buy and they tell me that they can’t send me a set of ear tips for it I would have to return the ear buds. I told them I had a trip coming up and that is why I purchased them and I didn’t have time to send them back. They sold me an incomplete product and the fix was to give me 25 dollars back. If that seems ok to you then by all means buy them. Got the right size ear tip and the ear buds are great. Thanks for making my purchase a headache Best Buy! Great Job!

Faulty, returned

The connection was fine other than My biggest issue was not being able to see them on the find my app. I was told by best buy customer service line that it was a problem beyond them and that i needed to go to apple, so I did that. Come to find out that the case was faulty. So I returned them. I cant speak for everyone else who purchased these but I ended up exchanging them for brand new airpods, due to wanting to be able to use all of the features that the newer model comes with!

These are not refurbished but used headphones most likely. I wanted to return them, but they are about the price of used, so I kept them. Not recommended!!!

Missing air tips

Mine arrived without the medium air tip, and I've seen other buyers mention the same issue. Considering that, purchasing from Best Buy might not be the best option for you.
