I was under the impression that I could still purchase Geek Squad protection for them as they were refurbished and Apple Care was not an option. However, I was informed on the phone by Best Buy and in the Best Buy store that there is no protection for these AirPods, just the initial 30 days after purchase, so I returned them

They messed up and couldn’t make it right.

When I received the headphones everything seemed great, only to find out that it was missing the medium size ear tips. Aka the size that I wear. Brought it up to Best Buy and they tell me that they can’t send me a set of ear tips for it I would have to return the ear buds. I told them I had a trip coming up and that is why I purchased them and I didn’t have time to send them back. They sold me an incomplete product and the fix was to give me 25 dollars back. If that seems ok to you then by all means buy them. Got the right size ear tip and the ear buds are great. Thanks for making my purchase a headache Best Buy! Great Job!
