    The box was beat up but the AirPods look and work like new! No scratches on the AirPods or the case. Also came with air tips in all sizes. Would purchase again.

    The price for a refurbished unit at nearly $140 after tax probably is not the best deal when you can find open-box or overstock/new condition ones for the same price elsewhere. Mine arrived without the medium air tip, and I've seen other buyers mention the same issue. Considering that, purchasing from Best Buy might not be the best option for you.
