All around bad purchase...

One or more of your AirPods parts are linked to a different Apple Account… Mine didn’t come with the size M ear buds—they’re supposed to be pre-installed. The case was dirty Product was not initialized from previous owner. They were still registered to someone else. The "Find My" error persists even after I re-initialized them several times. So I’m not having much faith in the “Geek Squad Certified Refurbished”. They failed completely. AirPods work fine otherwise, but I don’t know whether they’re fakes or were simply mixed up before shipping out. I will be returning shortly.

Thought I would be saving $$$ by buy refurbished, how I wish I would had purchased brand new. The right AirPod isn’t as clear as the left one. And the it take forever to fully charge

These, though, are miracles of tech. They stay in my ears and even adjust to ambient noise! I highly recommend!
