Great value great product- everything worked just like brand new

From someone who owned the max pro headphones to then swapping to these it has to be the better of the two headphones I can agree though the AirPods are a bit more hard on utilizing your fingers to pause of skip a song but volume works great and the adaptive audio is unreal

Size M ear tips were missing. Options provided by customer support: return or go to local BB store to see if they have ear tips. I didn’t want the hassle of a return, but there’s no store near me. Tried to call the nearest but CS can’t actually connect you to a retail store, nor can they see a store’s inventory or be helpful in any regard other than creating a return apparently. I drove to the nearest store and of course they don’t have extra ear tips. Never did. Bought replacements from Apple. A company with vision would give their CS team the creative ability to say hey, we screwed up and the solutions we’re offering don’t work well for you. Those ear tips are $8. If you like I can refund that amount from your purchase. That would be a creative personal touch from a large corporation to rectify a mistake without further inconvenience to a customer. That would be a 5 star review. Oh well.

I like the headphones but my one concern was how the box looked it had a little bit of water damage not too much to mess up anything besides the box but everything else is fine.

Loving it my first pair stop working and I was real nervous on buying an refurbished one but I took the chance and it was one of the best chances I took clean perfect condition looks new

Pricey but for great and noise cancelling is spot on.

They seem to work fine. Noise cancelling is much better than the previous model. I was in an Uber with very loud music and it drowned out the noise and worked fine with you tube music on it. They charged up fine was well.

So far i kinda like these more than the 1st gen. The only problem i have is since i havent had them long i dont know how exactly to use all the features. And with this, i feel like im in the deep end of a pool when nothings playing and theyre just in my ears…. Feels like my ears got so much pressure

I legit cannot hear anything with these in! They come in really handy when in public trying to be left alone.

It lookes new the case looked clean and no scratches only the box was kinda messed up but the product was good

I really didn't like the refurbished because it came incomplete. Some earpads were missing. But the airpods are the BEST!

Purchase these twice. Lost certificates both times. Missing medium ear tips in both shipments. Description says they are included at both purchases. Told to return them to the store or store would provide missing ear tips. Store will not accept this refurbished return per manager. Store will not replace missing tips because “it’s an apple problem“. Apple says I have to work with Best Buy. Bu wouldn’t even print out the return for me if I set it up for my phone in store. It is false advertising. They are not fully refurbished. And you will get the runaround from Customer Service as well as the store. I just made it to make the return in time.
