    Bought refurbished & works just the way it should. No instructions , no plug in charging block. Had to purchase the adapter. Other than that I’m happy with purchase.

    Fast shipping and great tracking updates. Great visual condition, however the quality of call audio is poor-speakers appear to be damaged.

    I do NOT recommend buying refurbished through Best Buy. I bought AirPods in May, noticed right away some issues but dismissed it since they were not consistent. Like pairing issues sometimes or people sounding like aliens. That wasn’t often. But what was often was trouble charging it, while it was plugged in. For months I thought it was surge protector but it turns out it’s my headphones. Apparently They only warranty them for 90 days. Now at 5 months they completely stopped charging. Now I’m out all that money that I thought I saved.

    Looked like a dog got into a fight with the box. It looks awful! Def csnt gift this item but as a personal item for yourself its ok. Other than that, they seem to work. The new gesture controls are cool as well as the other upgrades to adaptive sounds, etc

    I think these are fake! I've had them for a while now and I constantly get notifications saying that "airpods are being tracked" and that the previous owner can see their location. As well as random "android" like noises coming from the case when they are low on battery or when I put one back in. They make the regular airpods sounds as well, but it's a type of beep that I haven't heard in any of my previous 4 pairs. Please help!!
