    Not to happy about this purchase, I understand I bought it refurbished but the box was smashed and seems like the pushed very hard to make the box close.

    Frustratingly, Best Buy sold me Refurbished AirPods that were locked to the previous owner's account and refused to exchange them or refund. As a result I can not use Find My recovery feature if I ever misplace them. I had extensive interactions with Best Buy corporate including a trip to a store in person to resolve but they would not move forward. I kept meticulous records and went through all the proper channels. I have had a generally positive view of Best Buy for the last 25 years but this was a very annoying, time consuming, and ultimately unsuccessful resolution. I even explored legal recourse and have specific laws that state Best Buy is liable for making good on this situation no matter how long after the fact the purchase was made.

    Apparently, Best Buy Certified Refurbished does not ensure that all accessories are included. My pair were missing tips and customer service couldn’t do anything about it. I returned them and went to Amazon. They sound great.
