Don’t buy!

Secondly, when I tried to set up these “Geek Squad Certified” refurbished AirPods they were still attached to someone else’s Apple account. They were useless to me. Then when I tried to return them they wanted to give me store credit. I had to speak to a rude manager to get credited back to my card and they would not refund my expedited shipping cost even though I didn’t receive them on time. Worst customer service ever! I’ll never buy from Best Buy again!

Disappointed, Not Worth the Risk

Knew the risks going in but was still extremely let down. Left AirPod noise cancellation did not work, and wrong charging cable was included in the packaging. Additionally the AirPods were still registered with its prior owner which prevented linking to a new Apple ID. This prevented the use of the Find My feature. At least now I learned never to buy refurbished Apple products.
