These AirPods are perfect for the gym or when working

Sound quality was a litte off. Still trying to figure out if I need to return.

They came dirty…ewwww! But as far as everything else I give 5 stars. I would think you would clean them up as part of the “refurbish”….ya know.

So disappointed in this purchase. I thought well it’s an apple product and coming from apple so it will uphold the same quality as everything apple but I was so wrong!! The case the ear pods were put in and sent to me with was not the right case and could not be charged with a usb-c connection which is what the new pods are now charged with. The outer box was disgusting and dirty and the inner case the pods were held in was scratched and dirty and could not be cleaned. It sickened me to see how nothing showed anyone took any care with the products and when I couldn’t charge them i knew someone just threw this sh$$ together for the money. If this was Best Buy someone needs to look into what employees are sending out as refurbished!!! I will never try to buy refurbished again and recommend no one does either.

I love my AirPods I’ve had them all and these are the best.

This review is more for 'Geek Squad' Quality and not for the Airpods themselves. Listen, I buy a lot from Best Buy. I have been a Total Tech member for years. When I buy a 'Certified Item' from Best buy it should be 'Certified' to not be the wrong item. Everything 'looks' good but when I went to charge the thing with the included USB-C cable, i notice the case that it came with is the lightning port type.. wow. I'm on the phone with Customer service and they will send a replacement in which i have to 'swap.' Look, I get that mistakes happen... but don't 'certify' a product that clearly isn't even the correct product. No certification was done... This was for my daughters Birthday present this Sunday. Can't happen now. I know, first world problems. lol. Also, note these don't come with the medium sized earbuds. xs, small, large are included.
