When opening box, the medium sized ear pieces were missing and the right ear pod had ear wax!!!!!!! Inside the case it also had wax residue! I asked to exchange, the store refused… because it was an prder from Corp online and they advised me I couldnt add protection on these either cause I was about to add it and go fall on the “accidentally” in the parking lot. 2.5 hours later with customer service supervisor named valerie she advised me I was going to be charged a $45 restocking fee for returning these unsanitary items of no fault of my own. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I know i messed up buying something you put in ears but I figured they would be cleaned extensively and sanitized. Lesson learned for me this is GROSS!

Refurbished Item

These were not holding a charge. Charging overnight, they lasted one hour. I’m sure there are many, many refurbished items that are at 100%, but this isn’t one of them.

Avoid Refurbed

Cannot use them as designed with the "Find My" app. They are still tied to someone else's account and the Geek Squad can't help. These will end up being thrown out at some point since there's no worthwhile warranty and no exchanges. Spend the extra and buy new.
