    My airpod pro plays fine, but the case and airpod location cannot show up in Find My app. So you won't be able to track this when it gets lost. Tried factory reset, but the issue the case is tied to previous owner Apple ID. Waste of time. Buying this at your own risk.

    I was disappointed because it did not specify that the find my iPhone app was not going to work and I would not be able to track the AirPods or the case. The functionality of AirPods were still good. I would not have bought them knowing that stuff would not work.

    Be very weary of buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. I discovered I was unable to add this product to Find my phone, I went to the store, they sent me to their Geek Squad who said they could not resolve the issue and to go to an Apple store. At the Apple store they told me that the AirPods had different serial numbers and were from different generations and they said to go back to best buy for a refund, At best buy I talked to a Manager who treated me like I have never been treated at a store before, he was very rude, very condescending, would not listen to what I was saying, said he could not accept it because it was past the return deadline and even accused me of changing the AirPods and then trying to return it. This was after Geek squad had assured me in a chat that the manager in any store would accept the return even though it was after the return deadline.

    Please do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything refurb by the Geek Squad professionals. PAY the extra $20 in savings to get new. I bought a pair of "refurb" AirPods.......only a 90 day warranty on refurb.......guess what......immediately after the 90 day window was up..the left airpod would not charge.......called Best Buy and the infamous Geek Squad......they said, "Your warranty is up - so sorry...go pound sand". Thank you for calling Best Buy and Geek Squad, we look forward to serving you again!

    I lost one AirPods so decided to buy a pair of refurbished. I don't live close to the store so I had to drive 45 mins to pick them up. After 2 trips I decided not to purchase them from Bestbuy. The problem...someone exchanged AirPods 1 and put them in the AirPods 2 case. The case was C connection but the pods were not the right ones. Bestbuy need to confirm what is in the case before shipping/selling refurbished AirPods.

    I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished AirPods Pro 2, only to discover that they had not been properly inspected or certified as advertised. The AirPods were still linked to the previous owner's iCloud account and began emitting an alert from the 'Find My' feature. I returned the AirPods to the store, but was informed that they cannot be replaced as they do not have any open-box AirPods Pro 2 in stock. They offered only a refund. This review is not for the airpod but for Geek Squad incompetence.

    The ones they wanted to sell me were heavly scratched, not to mention that the eartips were not included, neither the box was. They were icloud locales from the past owner. Would never buy “refurbished products” again from them.

    Best Buy Sells AirPods Still Tied to Previous Owne

    Bought AirPods from Best Buy, but they’re still linked to the previous owner’s account. Best Buy didn’t bother to unlink them, so I can’t pair them properly with mine. Find My is broken, there are other annoying errors, and worst of all, the original owner can track their location—aka mine too. I’ve always respected Best Buy, but this oversight is a huge letdown. Wasted two hours on calls and finally had to make a trip to the store to return!

    I am very upset by the service I have received as a result of ordering these for my daughter's Easter basket. They sent the wrong ones, assured me the right ones would be shipped out, then I just now received word that they've canceled EVERYTHING to do with this transaction. I have called and chatted, but no one has stuck to their word about the solution. I am very upset.

    The Airpod pros arrived without any ear tips or documentation. Also they were still on someone else’s apple id. I cannot recommend this product.

    Horrible customer service I went to the store showed them they were attached to somebody else’s account. They got a manager, who wouldn’t help me. Then I went into the app to request an exchange, the only thing offered was a refund or the option to go to the store. I told them the store wouldn’t help me and requested an exchange but then was preferred back to the only option they could do is a refund. A lot of back-and-forth issue that is really theirs. Spend the extra 20 bucks and buy them somewhere else.

    Honestly terrible my product came already damaged like not even refurbished actually unusable. Customer service was not knowledgeable on how to fix the situation basically told me to return the product and that’s all with no compensation for their poor customer service.

    Don’t do it! I bought these and as soon as the warranty expired, each piece has gone out one at a time. The microphone was a pain the entire time and now it doesn’t work. Apple in general is going downhill and it’s obvious they are puttin in less effort.

    I bought this expecting a good item from a reputable company! , only to see the price drop two days later; wasted 30 minutes to get a price match while the order was delayed . My order was delayed twice—first to Thursday, then Saturday—finally arriving Monday in damaged packaging sealed with masking tape. I refused to open it. Save yourself the trouble

    AirPods were locked under an existing iCloud account making the find my AirPods feature unusable, when trying to get it fix, geek squad team game a hard time to return it and said most of the refurbished units have that problem, very upsetting.
