Locked refurbished air pods horrible experience

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Most horrible experience with these refurbished air pods they where locked couldn’t connect to my Apple ID called customer service over 12 times no lie and each time I got someone who was rude did not speak good English and disconnected the call I asked for a repayment and they denied it because they stated it was purchased over 15 days ago Horrible experience paid over 175$ for these and couldn’t even enjoy them

Well sure as sheet my kid lost one earbud and we can’t track since still linked to previous owner. Don’t recommend trying to save a few bucks and just by new.

I had a lot of recommendations from staff at Best Buy to get my daughter refurbished AirPods! I did not open the box when I received them because I have never been unhappy with a purchase before! This morning as she opened her gift I was floored! The box is discussing, AirPods were dirty and the case and AirPods still contain earwax!

Not refurbished , used and missing parts

More like used for over a ear by a construction worker . case was badly scarched and worn. Missing both ear cups and right bud does not even have the plastic piece that the aftermarket ear cups could possibly attach to .very dissapointed

The AirPods would not connect correctly due to them having two different apple ids connected to them??!?!?? Like why is this so! I definitely would not recommend!!! I wouldn’t buy a single thing Best Buy has to offer!!! Definitely handled the situation very unprofessionally being such a credible company!!!

I was told that it was in the fine print with an Asterix that parts might be missing. Why would I buy a product that they resell knowing that parts would be missing that are needed to use it.

Arrived dirty with no ear tips

It seems like it was a trade in that was just shipped out as refurbished without actually doing anything to them. I would recommend spending the extra money to get a new pair.

Best Buy insists I go to the Apple Store for service, but they won't guarantee if Apple will even service these since Best Buy already supposedly "refurbished" them once.
