They came with no ear tips. Considering they are “Gerk Squad certified” it seems like they didn’t check them much less even look at them before sending.

Clear, but charge only lasts 2 hours when in noise canceling mode

I purchased refurbished AirPod Pro earbuds and am disappointed with the quality of the sound. There is an annoying, low, thumping bass-like crackling noise in the right earbud that is heard during any song played. Never had an issue with a refurbished product from Best Buy until now.

Found out after trying to return and was DENIED that I was sent non-Apple airpods and that they were fake. PLEASE check your orders! I would not have known if I didnt notice the charge port was NOT USB-C. Was accused of trying to scam the system. beware!

The second replacement, the earbuds are missing "Ear Tip Size: Medium" even though it is included in the product specification. Please remove this from the product details. It's only a big deal because no one fits in the large, small, or extra-small sizes. It is clearly a systematic problem.

warranty expired yesterday and right side have issues..

AirPods doesn’t connect to my “find my” app, I see the AirPod in the list but unable to find it in the map. All my other accessories ok but this AirPods.

it says refurblished but was beat up pretty bad. Didn't like at all as it wasn't cheap too. Did return but seems like UPS delivery guy stold it and no body is taking any responsibilities so don't know if I will get the money or not.

Ummm. The AirPods I received are still linked to the previous owners Apple ID. I need to link them to mine, but am unable to do that now. Also, the previous owner can track me down and claim they are his/her AirPods. No thank you

I was sent wrong item. I mailed back unopened and was told there was an issue with my return. I caution people when buying 'refurbished' from Best Buy.

They sent me a 1st generation AirPod and they were linked to someone else’s iCloud account. I don’t recommend buying refurbished from Best Buy. It seems that they don’t check their products before sending. Very disappointed.

Bought refurbs. Worked great until I went to charge

All I will say is that I received the wrong item and was refused a replacement or a refund. Take this as you will, but i’d highly recommend staying away from these airpods and Best Buy if you value your time and money!

There AirPods work fine but the location setting aren’t working whatsoever.

Bought 2 pairs, both were still connected to previous owner apple account so we couldn’t link them to our Apple ID. Neither Best Buy or Apple could assist us, ended up having to return both of them.

Please do not buy. This thing come with missing parts and when you contact customer service they tell you you will get a replacement that is then cancel. Mind you in the description it doesn’t say anything about missing parts.

Terrible they never arrived, customer service did not help and only made me waste my time. I made multiple phone calls and they all except the last one ended up hanging up on me.

I bought AirPods and now they don’t charge. I am unable to return them as of May 12. When you buy from Best Buy you believe that you are receiving quality products. That was not the case with my AirPods.

I was a bit nervous about making a purchase of a refurbished item, however, figured that worst case the AirPods could be returned. Mine did not come with a box, which I was not expecting anyway so that was not an issue. They also did not come with the medium sized ear tips that the product description indicated would be included. However, a quick chat with a Best Buy Rep and that was amicably resolved. As for the AirPods, I have had no issues and they work as they should. Very easy to connect to IPhone and set up. The AirPods Pro 2 (USB-C) are AMAZING.

Whoever did the refurbishment substituted left ear with one from another set. I keep getting an error. It was replaced with a new one with an extra charge.
