Everything was good about them but they would not show up on find my if you lost them.

Just amazing when they arrived they were very clean and package nicely the noise cancellation were phenomenal and sounds quality was the next level

These are the best ear pods i have experienced up to date, amazing sound , charge fast and great noise canceling.

Amazing pair of airpods and cannot tell difference from new at all. Took a bit longer to ship and arrive than I would have liked but oh well! 10 out of 10 will always buy from here in future

Even though they were refurbished the sound quality is impeccable. Came with everything but without the sealed box. Definitely would purchase all over.

I see the prices come down at least for a refurbished, but don’t waste your money on these. When he first came out, I was mildly excited, thinking that they must be really, really good if they’re gonna charge the same price as companies like Shure had studio professional EarPods like this for years. Only I never wanted to spend $300 on earbuds. Fast-forward to today and you’re paying just as much but don’t expect the quality or sound to come close. People rave about the sound saying that it’s so good but they’ve never listened to a professional company that has been making these for years like Shure . I’m sure how they listen to some quality studio earbuds. They wouldn’t care about other features like find my they couldn’t find your earbuds if you have them in the palm of your hand asking where they were only to tell you that they’re 15 miles away somewhere instead of right in front of your face

Overall in good condition but I do notice the ear buds drain the main battery a little bit at a time.

Good headphones but have a audio problem calling long

I was sent a case with a lightning charge port instead of the USB charge port. Could not return it in person at a store location because they would not accept it since it was the wrong part. Was told to return online at this point I don’t trust Best Buy to accept the return
