    I purchased 2 of these at the same time. One came ready to use with the correct IOS. The other did not arrive with the correct IOS and it was extremely difficult to get it loaded as it had to download from the computer after downloading something first

    Beware of refurbished items. Before tou leave the store, ask them to run a diagnostic teat to ensure it is working correctly. My computer's battery died within minutes and would just shut down. This was so disappointing, especially because it was a gift. Not only was it embarrassing for it not to work but it was a hassle returning it and I had to wait an entire other week.

    Ordered the iPad and a wall mount so I can control my Apple Home. Once installed, I will be able to control all of my smart home features from a central hub (or use any other apple device I own). Great price for a good product. iPad, charger and cable all arrived in excellent condition as described by Best Buy

    Looks good but does not come with a charger. Of course Apple charges 42 bucks for a charger. So the deal is too good to be true.
