HORRID - DON'T BUY REFURBISHED!

This was supposed to come in as new with all original items like a charger. This thing came in a plastic bag, was filthy, and they put in AN OLD MACBOOK PRO CHARGER that was in a ziplock bag with all sorts of dirt and gross things (looked a little like grass too!). I opened it in the store since it was a store delivery and promptly returned it. Even the manager who did the return was shocked! Open Boxes are great...refurbished - NO WAY!!

Don’t buy refurbished

Best Buy had a good deal for them in August and knowing that we needed one for November homeschooling, I bought one. Now that we started using it in November, the charging port stopped working. The port looks clean and the power cable is brand new which was supplied with the iPad. Called Best Buy and they said I’m already past the return date. I asked if they could just replace it because we’ve barely have a couple hours of usage on the iPad (the usage logs show that). But they said I have to pay to get it fixed. At this rate I should have just bought brand new because the price to repair this gets me to the price of a new one. I’ll never be buying refurbished again.

Bummed Out

Defective

I was under the impression that it would be in like new condition. The screen display was damaged. Exchanged for an open box iPad Pro and am much happier.

Such a good find
