I had to replace my old iPad mini. I was able to buy a refurbished mini6, the newest version. It works well. I was surprised that it has a USB-C connection, and although a USB-C (on both ends)cable was included there was no way to connect it to power and I had to purchase additional components to charge it.

Product was advertised as refurbished and fully tested and working. It arrived without a working cord/charger. The charger was dirty and not an Apple branded product. The cord for the charger was defective and did not charge the iPad or any other product. iPad itself did not come in original packing as advertised. The iPad Appears used, not refurbished. We will likely return this item as it was not as advertised and not worth the minimal savings over a new iPad.

Pretty disappointed - this product was listed as "certified refurbished" but it was extremely poorly packed, arrived dirty (the bezel was grimy and there was sticker adhesive on the back side), and it had a visible scratch on the screen. Battery life is pretty poor and now I'm wondering how much use this tablet has had? I don't recommend buying Best Buy's refurbs.

It works perfectly, it did have one fairly deep, scratch on the backside of it, but it does not affect the functions and doesn't even show with a case on it, saving $100 was definitely worth it!

It is always a pleasure to deal with Best Buy as if there is ever an issue with a product they are excellent with a fix and/or a return. I will be a forever customer.

I usually purchase my electronics new, however I was told that Best Buy has a good track record . And I can agree to that claim

Purchased a geek squad refurb iPad. It was wrapped tight. I came with a usb cord but not the plug so that was weird. Upon arrival, I was looking at the best buy site and noticed the same item was $50 bucks less. Because there’s a fee on electronics, it was pointless to return. Just because you’re getting the best deal.

For being a Refurbished Item it’s in really good condition, I’m happy with my purchase.

If I could do zero I would. I have purchase numerous Apple devices but never a refurbished device. However this rating is not for the device it’s for Beat Buy. They sold me a malfunctioning device and when I went into the store to remedy it they referred me to Apple. I went to Apple but since it’s refurbished, chances are the device has an expired warranty. Apple didn’t help. So now I have a refurbished device that does not work. DO NOT PURCHASE REFURBISHED DEVICES FROM BEST BUY. They DO NOT care if it’s in a functioning state or not.

Item was dirty but after a deep cleaning everythign worked great

Great design & form factor. Just grab it and go. Paired with a Zugu case it’s all I need at home or on the move.

I returned it. I had no idea it was 4 years old. I needed a newer OS to work with Air Pods. I'm only giving it a 2 star for not saying how old it was clearly.
