I talked to five different Best Buy employees to help me fix this issue but no one knew how to help me. They even sent me to Verizon because they thought it was a carrier issues. DO NOT ORDER THIS PHONE. Best Buy cannot ensure the phone will come UNLOCKED because their refurbished phones come from a third party. I had to return the phone and get a different one (which currently has issues too).
