Slow and seems like screen was replaced I'd like to see if it will give issues

When I purchased this I’ll be honest, I wasn’t expecting much being that it was refurbished, but the price was right, and I needed something to use as a work phone. With that being said I was pleasantly surprised. The battery life is better than my 14 Pro Max! Not to mention, there’s not a scratch on it!

Send a completly scuffed and scratched up iPhone. Also, did not seem unlocked since it didnt work with T-Mobile.

Broke my 11 needed sum quick arrived 2 days early ordered black but it was purple soo cute battery life on 100 thats great, gets hot on the charger but thats normal im sure

Item was in like-new condition. No scratches, scuffs, or smudges. The glass was perfect. Battery health was 95% which was more than I expected for this phone. Got the screen protector put on by BestBuy which carries a lifetime warranty, as long as you own the phone. The only minus is that the phone did not come with a charger, which is the same with Apple new phones, where you get a cable but no charger.

I’ve had the phone for 1 week and i’m having to return it. 1st, the phone did not come in a phone box, just in the shipping box with a film over it to hold it in place. Luckly it wasn’t damage. It did look new with no scratches. 2nd, I ordered a blue phone but I recieved a green one which I was okay with. I wasn’t going to return just because of the color. 3rd, (reason I am returning) when I’m on calls using the speakerphone or FaceTime, the people on the other end state that my words are choppy/breaking out. I’m having to repeat myself multiple times for them to make out what I am saying. When I talk on it normal with the phone to my ear, the person on the other end doesn’t have an issue hearing me clearly. So something is wrong with the speaker for the speakerphone/facetime option. Again, the phone itself is in good shape with no damages. It was unlock so no issues moving my phone line, just can’t deal with not having the speaker/facetime working.

The device looks and feels like new. No scratches at all. My only complain is battery health 83%, I would prefer 90.

Was not actually unlocked so had to return to Best Buy. They suggested I make a Geek Squad appointment, and the Geek Squad rep said he wouldn't be able to do anything with the lock status (so why did I make an appointment?). Also the Geek Squad rep said he doesn't even know why Best Buy sells these "drop-shipping" refurbished phones that Geek Squad doesn't even look at before they're sold. (So much for the "Geek Squad Certified" label.) Come on Best Buy, be better.

Works as advertised. Just like new no issues. Saves money

Item was excellent except it was SIM locked to sprint instead of being unlocked. If that really mattered to what i needed to do with this phone, it would be terrible for me.

Payed extra for refurbished instead of preowned, but was shipped what appears to be a preowned phone. The casing had scratches on it and all of the buttons and speaker holes where clogged with the previous owners ear wax and pocket lint. Best buy customer service initially offered nothing but finally conceded and quickly cleaned it in the geek squad department. Even though it works fine, it sucks knowing that we didnt get what we payed for. Would not buy refurbished or pre owned again

It’s like a new phone with 100% battery life. I like the phone

As soon as I started updating the phone, it got really hot so that was disappointing. The screen and the body are fine. I didn’t notice any real flaws. The cord that got sent with the phone was dirty and frayed which come on you can’t give a new cord?. The battery is only 85% otherwise everything seems to be working.

Great product, looks new. This is the second one I buy.

Was shocked how it had came no scratches or dents on screen or black came i the apple original packaging and was acxtuallly a 250gb storage so i think thats why this is a good product

Phone works great and is in great condition. Was a gift for someone and the love the gift. Was easy to add to existing phone plan.

At a very good price and it was a gift for my goddaughter, and it is working very well.. I recommend it.

Fantastic phone and it is even the old model but I love it. It is very good condition and the battery life is very good. I’m very impressed.
