    wow, this laptop lasted less then a year. The battery heats up even when on for a few mins and starts to make the overheating sound.

    This was a great way to buy a MacBook. My last one was 11 years old and still working (just not supported). This new refurbished one is 3 years old and cost $500.

    The computer appeared to function fine. It had some minimal damage. It came a little dirty. I returned it because it didn’t come with warranty and was concerned about potential future damage.

    It says battery is normal but it does not last one 1 hr with full charge. My return date has been past but now I’m stuck with. Very frustrating.

    I am not happy with the purchase. I read the reviews and they were very promising. I ordered this for school and when received it had a interior design company connected to the computer. I scheduled a appt with geek squad and they could not remove it. Called customer service twice and they hung up on me. I finally returned it to bestbuy. Never will I purchase refurbished again.
