terrible experience

I ordered this for school and when received it had a interior design company connected to the computer. I scheduled a appt with geek squad and they could not remove it. Called customer service twice and they hung up on me. I finally returned it to bestbuy. Never will I purchase refurbished again.

Poor Battery life

I have since returned the item and I am still waiting for my card to be credited. I went to the store to return the item and they said I couldn’t return it to the store. I had to return it via UPS. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a refurbished item!!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.FedEx was the shipping carrier i got for my mac, and they lost the package- yup, thats right. they conpletely lost it. come to find out the packaging is clear and reveals whats inside. 4 days later still ni delivery. cery disappointed in you fedex. best buy has been very cooperative though and the sitatuon has been “escalated” so we will see what happens now.

Will not charge
