It was clean and in great condition. Works well so far. Just wish I would’ve known a little more about different models. I probably would’ve paid more for a newer one.

Laptop was 0% battery on arrival and screen would not come on during first boot up. Hard reset and it began to work properly.

I've always been an Apple person versus other various brands. So when I found a MacBook Air that was barely 4 years old, had a phenomenal price, was in pretty much perfect condition, and was available at the Best Buy store near me, I immediately jumped in the car, went to the store and purchased it. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend any Open Box/Geek Squad Refurbished products to everyone!

This is a great computer for work and for the household. You can sync it to your iPhone and the battery life is top notch-I was worried since it was refurbished, I’ve always had great luck with refurbished items from Best Buy.

My daughter was happy with it. She's the one that asked me to buy it. So I can't complain. So far she hasn't had any issues with it and there were know scratches or dents in it. It was in good condition.

I was thrilled to find this laptop at such a great price and in such good condition. I didn't know that refurbished laptops could be so good. Very happy with my purchase.

Its a good product, fairly quick for the age. Probably could have bought a newer one but thus far its doing its job.

I bought this for my mom and it works great. It's light and so far can't find anything wrong with it. My only issue is was it was hard to determine what type of mouse was needed, USB or USB-C. There was not any info on the description of the laptop. I had to wait until my mom received it.

I received this item two weeks ago. It is nice and looks new, but lags quite a bit when I'm on any website. It's very slow to respond. I contacted Best Buy about the issues and they said I had to come in-store, instead of fixing the issue virtually. I live quite far from a BestBuy so that is inconvenient. I figured since the item was still under warranty, they would be able to fix it remotely.
