    Wow this was such a great purchase. Im 17 looking for a computer for college and Ive had this one for 6 months with zero issues. I got such a great deal compared to others, I will continue to use best buy for all my electronic purchases.

    Had to buy a laptop for work but didn't have the funds for a new model. this runs just like new and the only issue i have seen is a slight dent. battery life is great and it runs perfectly!

    I dropped off my old MacBook Air to have data transferred from old machine to new. I thought it would be done while I waited. I was then told 3-4 days as it was Easter weekend. 12!days later it was ready. You can’t call the Best Buy store directly. After a few call centers, I was notified it was done.

    wow, this laptop lasted less then a year. The battery heats up even when on for a few mins and starts to make the overheating sound.

    This was a great way to buy a MacBook. My last one was 11 years old and still working (just not supported). This new refurbished one is 3 years old and cost $500.

    I am not happy with the purchase. I read the reviews and they were very promising. I ordered this for school and when received it had a interior design company connected to the computer. I scheduled a appt with geek squad and they could not remove it. Called customer service twice and they hung up on me. I finally returned it to bestbuy. Never will I purchase refurbished again.
