I have always wanted a MacBook for work, school, and personal use.

Nothing but problems since purchasing this. I trusted that a certified refurbished Mac from Best Buy would be reliable, but it’s the opposite. Very slow and won’t even power up sometimes (frequently).

It Feels like if a school Chromebook had macOS. It’ll function but takes some patience doing most things. The screen is pretty big though and that’s nice

The laptop was extremely slow, I ordered a hood one and they sent me a space grey one .. sooo I guess you get what they want you to have .

First time I bought a refurbished item and the screen was damaged. I have since returned the item and I am still waiting for my card to be credited. I went to the store to return the item and they said I couldn’t return it to the store. I had to return it via UPS. I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a refurbished item!!

FedEx was the shipping carrier i got for my mac, and they lost the package- yup, thats right. they conpletely lost it. come to find out the packaging is clear and reveals whats inside. 4 days later still ni delivery. cery disappointed in you fedex. best buy has been very cooperative though and the sitatuon has been “escalated” so we will see what happens now.

Looks good, worked good for the first few days until it started freezing and crashing.

Disappointing. Neither of the charging ports work on the laptop. The charger works on other devices, but the laptop will not charge with any charger.

Bought it and it crashed and won’t work anymore after a month

I adore my MacBook Air! It's sleek, lightweight, and super responsive. The design is top-notch, and it's a joy to use. However, the only drawback is the battery life; it tends to drain quickly, which can be a bit inconvenient when I'm on the go. Nevertheless, the overall performance and portability make it an excellent choice for my daily tasks.

This is my first apple computer after using hp products for years, exception being my phone which is an apple. I am loving the ease of setting everything up. The condition of the laptop was just about perfect except for a very small dent on the edge of one corner. The rose gold color is understated and classic. I hadn’t planned on a few extra pieces such as the docking station and extra charging cord for it however by using the docking station I was able to keep my existing keyboard and wireless mouse, plugging them into it, until I’m ready to invest in more apple products.
