DO NOT BUY! BATTERY CAUSED BURNS

This laptop was purchased 3 weeks and today the battery burned my legs so bad I needed medical attention. Best Buy customer service refused to exchange or refund me for this. Shameful business practices.

not working after open box in September, 2024

She lives in Istanbul, Turkey After she open the product recently, it wasn't work and obviously main card was failed. I need an invoice and guarantee certificate docs in order to repair it with free service in Istanbul asap

Computer does not work

The screen is black and wont turn on. Ive tried to go in store and contact support over the phone. No one will help you and you cannot return these items. The people on the phone say there are no supervisors or exceptions. No one could answer me what the “90 Day Warranty” covers. Do not buy this product
