    Fan constantly runs and I've only had the computer for five months. This results in horrible battery life and really slow, laggy performance.

    The computer came in well packaged and protected, it works beautifully, I haven’t had any issues with keyboard or the screen and sound quality, the battery life is strong, just a few scratches on the outside of the laptop but over all feels brand new still

    Absolutely terrible! This laptop was purchased 3 weeks and today the battery burned my legs so bad I needed medical attention. Best Buy customer service refused to exchange or refund me for this. Shameful business practices.
