The laptop was just as described great condition thank you

I bought this for my mom for Christmas, and it’s perfect. It came uncharged, and was incredibly slow at first, so we freaked out a little. Once it charged up it worked perfectly! I can’t speak to the battery life, since my mom insists on leaving it plugged in constantly, but it easily handles her 400 open tabs without overheating. She’s also very happy it looks pink lol.

Love it, my kids like it. Performance is nice and super easy to take their online classes

Literally in perfect condition as if it was fresh out of the box. I saved about $500 getting refurbished rather than brand new. Perfect for computer for college!

I love this laptop. The graphics are so hd, seems brand new. Only thing is that it dies quicker than an hp or google chrome and is more expensive.

It doesn’t feel like it should be that hard to get an acceptable refurb. I ended up having to order 5 machines, to get one that didn’t have dents, clear drops, shedding screen, or too many battery cycles. Best Buy would be better served to up the acceptable quality control. We all wasted a ton of time and money shipping, me returning to store. Scratches, fine. Left over sticker marks, key caps that have worn off, fine…clearly something dropped on a system hard enough to dent the metal, not fine. I love Best Buy, will always do business with them because despite the hassle, I still ended up with a great machine and no issues with all those returns. I just know they would be better served rejecting buy-back program devices that have clear dents.

This item was much older than I realized. Would be a great item for someone who just needs to simple things like check email, a little typing, and only keep a couple tabs open at one time. However, the condition of the computer was excellent! The color was of the item was unique and beautiful!

If you need a MacBook for school this is not a bad alternative. If you don’t want to spend over 1,000 for the newest Mac then try a refurbish Mac. It doesn’t have the newest features but I have seen people with the 2014 Mac with the light up Apple. So those new features are not important.
