Surprised my friend with this, she said it’s been working great, there was minimal damage, one dent and some scratches but that was expected as a refurbished purchase, covered it with a case you won’t even notice, overall works like brand new and I would buy it again!

If you need a MacBook for school this is not a bad alternative. If you don’t want to spend over 1,000 for the newest Mac then try a refurbish Mac. It doesn’t have the newest features but I have seen people with the 2014 Mac with the light up Apple. So those new features are not important.

This item was much older than I realized. Would be a great item for someone who just needs to simple things like check email, a little typing, and only keep a couple tabs open at one time. However, the condition of the computer was excellent! The color was of the item was unique and beautiful!

Good product had a few charging issues where it would not hold power sometimes

I just received my daughters MacBook Air refurbished It came in perfect condition but it didn’t come with a charging cable so I spoke to customer service and they told me just go to any Best Buy and they should give you one. I will see how it goes. If they charge me for it, I will get back to you and will put it at a two star

It’s a good MacBook for the price! It may not be a new one but for it being made in 2018 it does the trick

This refurbished macbook air works very well. For the price, it's fabulous!

I like how compatible it is with my phone, however, it’s an inconvenience that it’s incompatible with certain programs I need for school. When I type certain letters, it enters them twice, which is annoying because I have to keep hitting backspace. Other than that, the refurbished laptop has no major issues. It’s nice and sleek.

This is the second macbook we have bought refurbished from best buy. It is in excellent condition and looks brand new!

Got this refurbished for my wife, she loves it, couldn’t believe it was so cheap. The digital track bar is so cool.

Really good for just school uses other than that using it for personal wise battery dies fast and not long lasting just good for school to last
