    works well but there are screen defects and the geek squad was useless when I reached out THREE times. my warranty is up now because they messed around with me so I guess it is what it is

    Pretty disappointing. Bought a 16GB MacBook Air, but received 8GB. When i went to the store for an exchange, the customer service was so poor that i decided to just return the item instead of dealing with them.

    Apple product as always good. I ordered this during the holidays so I think the refurbishing was rushed, some of the keys get stuck and had to take it back to get repaired so would suggest not ordering around that time.
