Having the ability to trust in best buys refurbished items is such a bliss. Purchasing my new mac book at such a steep discount and it to be able to look and run like new, im all for it.

Works great and its in great shape looks and runs like its new love the size and graphics on it came with a charger with a adapter to charge your phone aswell 2 in one !

Great laptop. Upgraded from an older one we had. Always reliable, always worth the money.

I decided to purchase a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished MacBook Air 15" online and opted for in-store pickup because it was the fastest way to get the product. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from the moment I received it. Packaging: The laptop did not come in its original box. It was simply wrapped in a thin layer of plastic. Condition: The charger was filthy and tossed into a plastic bag. More importantly, the laptop screen had a 2-inch crack right out of the box. Customer Service Issues: When I called Customer Service, they instructed me to go back to the store, claiming they would offer me a discount on the laptop for the trouble and replace the dirty charger. Store Resolution: Once I arrived at the store, they refused to honor anything promised over the phone. None of the solutions offered by the support line were possible in person. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better quality and coordination from a "Geek Squad Certified" product.

The computer was in very good condition, no scratches or visible damage. There was some residue on the top that looked like adhesive that I was able to clean. The charging cable that was shipped with it was the wrong cable, not to mention very sticky, kind of gross. Best Buy customer service said I will have to either exchange or return the laptop and get another, hopefully with the correct cable. Very inconvenient to be told by customer service to drive to the store and process an exchange when they made the error in sending the wrong cable. Will be returning the item and reconsidering Best Buy as a company I want to business with.

It is a great product in great shape. love it and couldn't be happier!

Great product. No issues and much faster than my old machine

I picked this up for my daughter for college this fall. Looks brand new and it was great to save a few hundred dollars.

Terrible purchase. Received laptop and it booted in Czech language. The second day, the letter “A” on the keyboard stopped working. Took laptop back to Best Buy and was told the repair was not covered by warranty. I would be responsible for covering costs on a “Geek Squad Approved” product.
