I loved my macbook! I had it for 2 years and used it for school and work and it was amazing. Currently working on upgrading to an Imac but it definitely serves its purpose for students and working members.

Great quality product and I would definitely recommend geek squad protection for all refurbished items.

The computer is working, based on the looks you can tell it is used and it has a little (really tiny) dent on one of the corners. Other than that everything functions, battery is good, performance is good. It is used, but can't really complain to be honest. I got what I expected, good macbok. good batter, good performance.

The laptop is amazing. It looks brand new even though it is refurbished!

Would give 0 if I could. Bought refurbished by geek squad. Was better off buying off the street. Started making noises after 2 months. Geek squad told me it would take 4-8 weeks to ship off. Could not do that due to needing for school. Said I could see if they had another refurbished but the didn’t. Basically told I was out of luck and would have to buy a different one and that was the risk you take when buying refurbished. Ok then don’t offer! Bad business.

My desktop Mac hit its 6th year and I really began noticing slow down in processing speed. I noticed the speed difference right away. I went with a refurbished laptop which saved me money and allowed me to get faster processor and larger memory.

refurbished geek approved does not turn on. at the geek desk they told me get a shady place to replace the battery for cheap and lied about the warranty being expired. warranty is 90 days. second visit: we don't do refurbished items. you must send it back or we'll charge you to fix it. how is that a warranty? there was not even the try to repair it. super scam. very sad and upset. buy new if you can
