LOVEEEE the touchbar! always wanted one lol. Laptop came sparkling clean, internally and externally, charger provided ofc. Kinda regret the storage option I picked since I cant use a lot of my softwares on it smoothly so I might get another.

This was a great durable computer, very good. Screen res is nice too. Volume sounded very crisp. Lasted long and good. This is my life !!!

Came in a nice protected box and brand new looking. Money well spent.

I love it so much, i was looking around at other ones and going through reviews but I’m happy i ended up choosing this one !! Ive never bought anything refurbished but it’s practically new i love the touch pad ive always wanted a computer with one :). My advice when looking for a refurbished item is make sure you really like what you see and read reviews, people will tell you how it is lol sometimes its good and sometimes its not but its just a risk we all run by getting something refurbished. But nonetheless im very very happy thank you to best buy and geek squad for my computer !!!!! :3

I got a MacBook 13 and it was exactly what it look like in the picture as well the process was super easy and got shipped with a few days!

Computer came with a crack down the screen. Have been trying to get the repair done since receiving the laptop. Just got the run around from customer support, geek squad and local store. No one is able to help. It falls under every other departments responsibility and I have been told multiple different false solutions. The only option I’ve been given consistently is I can schedule a geek squad repair and pay out of product for a product that arrived to me damaged.

I got this laptop to write papers and use it for school, everything worked amazing, touchbar was great and the laptop was in great condition, But the spacebar was extremly hard to press down on and i had to stop typing each time i had to press the space bar which was really annoying because the spacebar is something you use for everything. I went to geek squad to get it fixed and they said that the space bar was worn out by the previous owner and it was considered as a cosmetic issue so there was nothing they can do about it. I had to sadly, return the laptop because i could not use it to write essays or short sentences becasue of the spacebar.

I am not easily impressed, therefore this purchase was worthy of the great review. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. It runs smoothly and fast. My only request would be that the stickers NOT be placed on the top of the computer, it leaves an annoying sticky residue. If it is absolutley necessary, at least place them on the bottom.

Excellent laptop in all aspect. This is my 3rd Macbook I've purchased. I bought it for my IT courses and have not had any issues. I highly recommend.

Actually runs very well, forgot it was refurbished, sometimes it does get loud when too many applications are open, but other than that it’s a good purchase.

It’s a good computer but it overheats to fast and the fan is so loud you can hear it for across the classroom I would recommend for your first computer

Issues left and right! From battery not holding charge, to overheating. It also glitches CONSTANTLY.

The laptop works really well I had to order a separate charger because my laptop was overheating with the one provided overall works and looks brand new
