Super happy with this MacBook especially for the price!

good laptop, lasted for a while but then began it slow down

The battery was bad, didn’t last for more than a couple hours. I had to keep putting it on the charger. It was a certified geek squad refurbished so one would assume the battery would be checked out.

The person who was attending , He was nice to explain to me about a different thing that each TV has ,that gave the option to make my own decisions to pick the good one.

Great buy for the price! The mackbook pro is always a better option

if i could put 0 stars i would this computer sucked it’s took almost 3 weeks to get to me and it was only supposed to take 1 week then when it did get here it didn’t work so i took in to get fixed and they tried to charge me 200$ too fix it like what i just bought a 800$ computer i’m not spending 200$ when it was not my fault it doesn’t work then they siad they fixed it but it stopped working about 2 day’s ago with the same problem it had to begin with now it is to late to return so i don’t know what to do (the problem is that it it just keeps resting and won’t stay on sometimes it will work and i already checked the battery life and it says normal )

Disappointing Apple product. The touch bar is defective on these laptops and will begin to flicker uncontrollably until the laptop seizes to turn on altogether. Avoid buying a lemon.

Horrible. The certification on this means nothing! I knew I was taking a gamble with this price, but at worst I thought the battery would be poor. The MacBook came with dents all around (which is not the biggest deal to me) but the screen would TURN OFF RANDOMLY after using it for a few minutes. and then when you turn it on it takes forever

I bought this and it wouldn’t turn on. Took it to best and they got it to turn on but the screen was broken. There were lines across it. The lady at the counter who processed my return told me it’s a toss up with refurbished items. I don’t understand that. It’s either refurbished or it’s not. Why would it be a toss up if it works?! Needless to say I returned and I’m not purchasing with Best Buy.

The speaker is broken and i couldn’t return or get it repaired

The computer is getting returned. The screen goes dark and ocassionally, it will turn back on. When it does this, I lose everything I was working on.

The product had keys that the letters were almost worn off and the price I paid was not much less than a brand new one.

This product is amazing, i couldnt be more happy with it. I appreciate the company for all the help!

i ordered a macbook refurbished por and it came all messed up scratched up screen dents on the side food crumbs in the keys and mouse pad was stuck supposedly the macbooks that get returned get refuxed as much as possible i paid 700 for it and i got it all messed up
