    I purchased 2 computers. Only one was delivered to the right address. The second which was a Christmas gift for my daughter was delivered to the wrong address. Its been exactly 30 days since the purchase. Ive called 4 times and best buy continues to tell me i will be refunded... i still havent been able to purchase my daughters Christmas present. I still recieved my refund... Its very mind boggling!!

    Overheating on day one of plugging in and trying to use. Without even trying to upload photoshop or anything to the computer. You would burn your legs with the temperature of the bottom of this laptop.
