Overheating Issues

When I go on an app that doesn’t use a lot of power, let’s say google or safari, the laptop overheats a lot. It gets to a point where I get frustrated.

Christmas gift

Terrible service

The second which was a Christmas gift for my daughter was delivered to the wrong address. Its been exactly 30 days since the purchase. Ive called 4 times and best buy continues to tell me i will be refunded... i still havent been able to purchase my daughters Christmas present. I still recieved my refund... Its very mind boggling!!
