    Great laptop! Heats faster than I would like but it only happens with constant use 2+ hour use with multiple tabs, so what can you expect. Great for price and if you don’t want to splurge on an M1/M2! had sticker marks on it but not too noticeable, also had a small crack in screen that wasn’t disclosed but too late to return (only have 15 days!!)

    My MacBook works fine but when I’m on YouTube which I am most of the time I use the computer, the screen flashes a white splotch while watching any YouTube video

    had to return the macbook because the screen would freeze. got the run around, went to store, they just shrugged. went on line for hours, returned it. no refund showing. back online to inquire. they promised to credit back but don't see it yet. would never use again. go to BACK MARKET much better product and service.

    Never Never Never buy a refurbished Mac from BestBuy. I bought one last November and within a month it kept freezing up. By the time I decided to do something about it the 90 day warranty expired. Good bye $600 and my business BestBuy.
