Exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical at first, because I do not wanted to buy an item that was previously used, however, this was the best purchase that ever made. I love how cheaper I obtain this computer and they were snow scratch,dirt or any proof of previous usage. I believe the Best Buy team really look forward the customers expectations to be exceeded and that’s what happened with me.

I love apple products but this laptop constantly overheats and dies fast. I will charge it and not use it for a day and suddenly it’s dead when I try using it. Also, the charger it came with did not work and they didn’t want to fix or give me a different one.

Apple only my favorite to use, from phone, apple watch, mackbook, ipad it is easy to use and apple products are the top notch brand wen it comes to electronic and the quality of hardware always very high..

Less than a year owning this and the battery doesn’t work. I took into Apple and they told be the entire computer was put together with 2016 parts and it would no longer be able to be updated or used so there was no point spending any money to get the battery fixed. Best Buy said they wouldn’t do anything at they only guarantee for 3 months. Complete fraud.

Works like brand new I missed when these came out. So when Best Buy had it for this awesome deal I had to take a chance highly recommend

I ended up returning this product. It was refurbished, but the “N” key was stuck and did not work.

This refurbished computer was supposed to be checked over by the store before I purchased it. Within a few weeks it started glitching with the touch bar and a very bright light pulsates from it. Sadly, I only had two weeks to return it. It hurts my eyes.
