Was in the Market for a new MacBook pro and came across this deal on BestBuy, never bought a Refurbished MacBook before but this one seemed in like new condition and worth the risk, came in mint condition, the battery health was 100%, not a single scratch or dent anywhere (impressive actually whoever had it before really took care of it), so basically didn’t come in original box obviously, just the magnetic charging cable and fast charging brick, which honestly is all you need anyways and just like that you saved $700.

Laptop came in all beat up with dents and scracthes but wasnt too worried as it was a gift. Later to find out that they sent a 500gb storage version when I ordered the 1TB version. Im unable to return the laptop now becuase the person is traveling over seas with it and will be outside of the return window when they return. I just hope best buy can make it right by refunding me the difference.

bought this laptop April 2024. But in December 2024 the laptop battery front right is starting to swell up. I also get the battery service recommended. This is definitely going to cost me lots to fix. Of course its out of warranty. Not sure how much its going to cost to fix this. I should have saved up and bought a new one.. Great laptop. I am just afraid it will blow up

Paid for a 1 TB MacBook online. They sent me a 500 GB MacBook. Went to exchange it for the correct MacBook at the local Best Buy but they said they can’t do anything about it. They tried to rip me off. Make me pay extra for 500 GB less. I returned it. Waste of my time. Rip off. I’m not longer buying from Best Buy. Amazon from now on.

It works very well! I give it: 4.5 stars. Only because of some minor glitches that occurred in the beginning. I was able to boot into Safe Mode and that fixed the problems. Amzing battery life, especially when kepy on Battery Saving Mode. Great speed and crisp display

*Computer* This is an absolute beast. I love it. I had purchased a display model 11/14 .5tb as a display model in store, but i really wanted a tb. I was hesitant about a refurb and a few people in my life were saying scary things, but this computer is exactly what I wanted and more and it was too good a price to pass up. Glad I went with silver as I just snagged a dirt cheap pink air off someone who couldn't sell it and the space gray i had before has light marks where my palms rested. Just going from 11/14 --> 12/18 does feel a little beefier. Feels like the M3 Pro 11/14 is an entry-level expert computer? How odd lol. This was a "TIL" for me that there were even different tiers within the individual chips! The 12/18 was a perfect bump where the computer feels QUICK but not overpriced and overpowered. Video games play very smoothly on here and things compile fast. Nothing like my brother's Max, but he descibes it as "big and bad" and I was looking for "pretty freaking good for a while". This is what you will get if you buy this computer! The computer IS NOT APPLE CARE ELIGIBLE! I knew going in that it was a long shot, so it is no biggy for me, but you should be warned! This is part of why I was unconcerned about it being a refurb: I assumed it was replaced when the AppleCare ran out- It appears to have run out in about 3 months ago, so that sounds about right. *The process* Buying the computer was super easy, of course, as online buying do be. It was nice that they threw in some free apple garbage but I honestly would've MUCH preferred AppleCare eligibility. The shipping/emails/notification process was clear and when I got into the store, they did not mind me squatting for an hour to make sure the computer powered on! It powered on and was in perfect condition, literally. But it came with a midnight blue mag safe cable and that was kind of lame. I went ahead and sold it with the old computer but that felt like a cruddy move. At least match the cable.

Fantastic machine, had it setup within minutes and supercharged my editing workflow. The only shame is they sent me a machine with the wrong storage capacity. I purchased a 1TB model and got a 500GB model.

Excellent laptop. We had an issue with the first one, but the South Salt Lake Store helped fix the issue & we very much like the laptop itself. Very fast. Even running it against my M1 Max with 64GB & 8TB, this newer MacBook Pro is very fast & meets all college needs.

Excellent purchase. Saved a lot buying refurbished and it works just like new. The MacBook Pro with a M3 Pro chip will likely last me a long time and do everything I need for home and work. Love it.

It was in great condition, I was nervous as it was a refurbished one but glad it was in grade condition. Wrong charging cable was delivered but as I went in the store they exchanged with the right cable at no extra cost.

Apple M3 Pro is enough to render everything you can ever imagine, especially you're using Logic Pro and Final Cut Pro

This is a god computer. I did not get the black one I ordered. When I picked it up, it was a silver one. I did not have time to wait for a return & ship out another one so I kept the silver. A little bit of a let down. The BB person at the counter did not seem to care.

I mean .. what else is there to say .. you get what you pay for .. MacBook Pro M3 is solid .. works beautifully.. screen is crisp and Apple silicon is second to none .. worth every penny!

The laptop came exactly as they said. No scratches, everything works perfectly, it was stock reset so it was like opening a brand new computer. Would definitely buy another electronic here!
