This has exceeded my expectations! Fast, reliable and exactly what I expected. Was a bit disappointed with how it was packaged, the laptop was loose in bubble wrap inside the shipping box but it survived!

I was worried after reading a few reviews that my laptop would be delivered with a little damage. Not so! It came in perfect, like new! Obviously doesn’t have the Apple packaging but that doesn’t matter at all. A great laptop at a very reduced price!

Great price for the quality this Mac provides. Do get a charger because if you’re using heavy apps it will die fast. definitely worth it

I ordered this as a gift for Christmas. When I got it, I opened it to put on the charger and noticed a decent sized dent on the outside of the screen of the laptop before I opened it. Turned on and the screen showed the logo and then spazzed out and went black. Laptop was on and talking but screen was black. Restarted it and the screen worked. Continued to set laptop up and it took me to a page that said "this laptop is owned by Amazon" and wanted me to log in like I was an employee for Amazon. I did a factory reset on it and when it turned back on it had a folder with a '?' in it and wouldn't do anything else. Luckily the shipping was fast so I had time to figure out this issue before Christmas. So I took it to the nearest best buy and they took it back and ordered a new one that came next day. Second on works perfect

apple is apple but this thing is heavy as **** and does anyone have suggestions on products/advice to help grip the un-ridged slick smooth surface of the entire closed and opened laptop with arthritic hands? i'm tired of dropping it.

Over all performance this macbook pro is not too bad. What makes it special is that its aluminum body is first class. Sound quality is way above the rest of the competition including new macbooks M1 and M2. I haven’t experienced listening to an M3 though. The only one that can beat the sound of these speakers is the 16 inch version. Without the heating issue, speed is a little bit slower compared to newer models but for me the difference is not that far. I would recommend to anyone who wants a macbook pro that will not break the bank.

I purchased a Mac a couple of years ago and love it. As I became more involved with my community's non-profit organization and my Sorority, I saw the need for a Macbook. I started looking and found this one. I don't normally get refurbished electronics but since it's Geek Squad certified, I bit the bullet. I LOVE IT!! And, I'm so thankful for this like new computer as such an INCREDIBLE price!

I received the laptop in excellent condition. Charged the battery and then booted it up. Everything works as it should. The battery is not one hundred percent, but that’s to be expected from a refurbished laptop. A well worth it purchase.

Bought this for my significant other to further her photography/creative journey. So far so good! Works like new, speakers work great. All buttons work and the battery is keeping a charge just fine. I almost want to buy one!

The computer was I great condition only thing was a slight scratch on the top but not notice and work just as new.

I have purchased a total of three refurbished laptops, two Mac book pros and a Dell. They have been working exceptionally well and I would recommend to anyone to purchase used laptops as oppose to new. That strategy saves a ton plus the products always work well; especially if the Geek Squad certifies it.
